Livestream
For Calvary Assembly in Rochester, I oversaw the complete installation of a full livestream system including two main Ursa Broadcast cameras, two supplemental Studio Broadcast cameras, an ATEM 2 M/E advanced panel, 2 M/E Production Studio Switcher, Hyperdeck Studio Pro. In addition, we integrated this with ProPresenter for lower thirds. We setup a communications solution for the team, integration with a streaming service, and provided training for a team for production.
We provided a unique fully mobile live-streaming solution for multiple funeral homes to livestream their services, both at their funeral home, or graveside services.

Websites
Here are a few of the websites I’ve created:
Marilyn was looking for a website that features both her photography and mural design and installation businesses. A very visual site that showcases her work, captures her fun personality, and integrates an easy way for her to book appointments.
This is a website I designed and created for a church. It includes some unique features like built in team calendar scheduling, custom forms, embedded calendar events, integrated giving options. I also trained a number of staff members on how to update and maintain the website to enable the church staff to best maintain the website.
This website includes a unique step-by-step form that creates a custom PDF that gets emailed to the client upon completion and payment of the service. The payment system is built into the website to provide a very user-friendly experience.

Digital Signage
At a local church we installed a solution for digital signage for 9 classrooms in the Children’s Ministry area that provide different signage throughout the week. Each classroom having a small monitor installed outside the entrance, with a scheduled graphic, provided flexibility and clarity for the classrooms, along with main hallway directional signage. In addition, we automated the control of the monitors turning on and off with an easy to use calendar schedule. We also created a solution and trained the team on easily designing graphics for their signage.

Planning Center
Planning Center Online offers a full suite of applications that can benefit your church. I’ve worked with multiple churches on integrating these features and creating systems and processes to support your ministries. If you’re like most churches, you aren’t even coming close to using PCO to its full potential.
Services • In addition to scheduling your volunteers for all of your teams, did you know you can do things like display your team chart on a monitor so everyone knows who’s serving where!
People • want to send an email to all the dads with daughters in grades 1-6 who haven’t yet registered for your Daddy Daughter date night? Want to have a step by step onboarding process for new volunteers with multiple staff owning different steps? Want to track spiritual milestones for your church family?
Check-Ins • Want to have mobile check-in carts with printed name tag stickers to track attendance improve security?
Groups • Want a resource that can help you create an online group index, take sign-ups, share leader resources and track attendance?
Registrations • Want to create an event registration page that captures key information, payment, asks if an interpreter is needed, provides a waiver or form, assign people to cabins, and easily allows you to email everyone who registered?
Giving • Want to setup and easy way for people to give online, via text, and allows specific funds for your church family to give to?

Lesson Plans
Lesson plans aren’t the most exciting thing. However, I created a team to produced weekly lesson plans that volunteers loved (even our public school teachers were blown away), and kids engaged in. There’s an art to it and a structure.
I’d love to share the tools we found most helpful for creating amazing lesson plans fast. How to leverage your volunteers gifts, build a team, and organize and deploy the type of lesson plans that we used and shared with other churches in the US.

Video Curriculum
One of the best things we found for AdventureKids was creating our own video curriculum. Each week we created a 10 minute video with a Bible Point, Bible Story, and engaging characters who help kids have fun while learning about God and growing in their faith. This video explains the heart behind creating a video curriculum. And you can see the 100+ episodes we’ve created right here.

Volunteer Training
With over 190 volunteers serving in Children’s Ministry for our AdventureKids, I wanted to ensure that all of our volunteers had consistent training. The best way we could ensure this was to create an online course for each new volunteer to participate in. Breaking up all of the key information into short videos provided and enjoyable experience for the volunteers. This also allowed me as a leader to send a specific video to any volunteer who might need a reminder on any specific area. You can checkout the online videos here.

EMAIL CAMPAIGNS
Email Communication is key in any organization. There is huge value in having a consistent email newsletter to keep your audience informed. Organizations often struggle with creating emails that people actually want to open. How do you even know now many people opened your emails? How do you send information to only the people it is relevant to? Well, I’m here to help with that. Here’s an example of the weekly email 5 Things Friday that I sent out. In fact, you can signup here to receive future emails right to your inbox.

MEDIA HUB
Since moving to a video curriculum, our AdventureKids ministry needed an easy way to play the videos in each of our 9 classrooms, and we also needed an easy way for our team to roll out these videos each week. Once our system was in place, we simply dropped our video file into one folder on our network, uploaded the cover art, and voila! The video was ready to go on every single classroom TV on-demand.
